At Thrilokam, every product is sourced with care. Small natural variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
📅 Return Window
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition as received
If 15 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
🏺 Handcrafted & Handmade Products — Special Refund Condition
Refunds for handcrafted/handmade items are only issued if the product arrives broken.
To claim this refund, you must provide a detailed unboxing/damage video clearly showing the condition of the item and packaging at the time of opening. Refund requests without this video cannot be processed.
🕉️ Spiritual Category Products — Special Refund Condition
Refunds for spiritual items are only applicable in cases of damage or an incorrect product received.
An unboxing video is mandatory to be eligible for any refund claim in this category. Spiritual items that have been opened or used (outside of damage/wrong-item cases) are non-returnable.

Returns for items shipped directly by Thrilokam follow our standard return process (below).
🔄 Dropshipped Items
For products fulfilled through our dropshipping partners, we coordinate the return or replacement with the relevant supplier on your behalf. Timelines for inspection, refund, or replacement may take slightly longer, as they depend on the supplier’s process. We’ll keep you updated throughout.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale
- Spiritual items once opened/used (except in cases of damage or wrong item — see above)
✉️ How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@thrilokam.in with your order number, reason for return, and required video proof (for handcrafted/handmade or spiritual items — see conditions above), within the return window.
- Our team will confirm eligibility — and for dropshipped items, coordinate with the supplier — before providing return instructions.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
💰 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive the returned product back in its original, unused condition.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving (or confirming receipt of, for dropshipped items) the returned item.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs
Important: You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, except when the item is damaged, broken, or incorrect — in which case Thrilokam covers the cost of return/replacement.
💥 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 15 days of delivery with:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- (For handcrafted/handmade or spiritual items) an unboxing/damage video
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you — including for dropshipped items, where we liaise directly with the supplier.
