Returns and refunds

  • Return window: 15 days from delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging and in the same condition as received.
  • Natural variations: small differences in colour, texture or finish are part of the handcrafted process and are not defects.
  • Handcrafted and handmade items: refunded only if the product arrives broken. A detailed unboxing or damage video is required.
  • Spiritual items: refunded only for damage or an incorrect product. An unboxing video is mandatory. Opened or used spiritual items are otherwise non-returnable.
  • Not returnable: customized or made-to-order items, final-sale items, and opened or used spiritual items (except for damage or a wrong item).
  • How to start a return: email contact@thrilokam.in within the return window with your order number, the reason, and video or photo proof where required.
  • Refund timing: to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item. For dropshipped items, this runs from when the supplier confirms receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping: you cover it, unless the item arrived damaged, broken or incorrect, in which case we cover it.
  • Damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos, plus a video for handcrafted or spiritual items. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
